Welcome to IPEC Consulting. By accessing or using our expense management portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Authorized Use
The Service is intended solely for authorized employees and administrators of IPEC Consulting. Unauthorized access or use of this system is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action or legal prosecution.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Accurate Information
When submitting expense claims, reports, or other data, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies.
Falsification of expense claims is a serious offense and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of employment and potential legal action.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IPEC Consulting and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account specifically if you breach these Terms or your employment contract. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IPEC Consulting, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IPEC Consulting is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
